Join our dynamic logistics team in Provo, Utah, as a Receiving Clerk! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage the incoming flow of goods into our warehouse. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately documenting, inspecting, and organizing all incoming shipments. This role is vital for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from various carriers.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Accurately document all received items into the inventory system.
- Organize and stage received goods for put-away.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe receiving area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform lifting of packages and materials up to 40 lbs.
- Support the overall logistics and inventory management processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
