Are you a motivated individual with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order processing, ensuring that every item is handled with care from pick to pack to ship. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to strict safety protocols. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from inventory based on order details using electronic scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging.
- Package a variety of items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Confirm order accuracy to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly to outgoing packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing and staging areas.
- Strictly follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment quotas.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed, such as receiving and put-away.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is a plus.
- Ability to remain active and on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Good understanding of numbers and ability to read and interpret instructions.
- Capability of **Lifting** up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual with a focus on high-quality work.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and logistics principles.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential weekends or overtime.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
