We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Austin, Texas facility. This position is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving the movement, storage, and processing of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. We are seeking individuals who are dependable, physically capable of tasks including significant Lifting, and committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety. Experience in a warehouse environment is highly valued. This role offers a stable work environment, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a growing logistics operation. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods, verifying accuracy.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear required PPE at all times during work hours.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to a Safe work environment and following procedures.
