Job Summary:
We are hiring a diligent Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art distribution center in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications using RF scanners or other technology.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Label packages accurately for shipment.
  • Stage completed orders for outgoing delivery vehicles.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and logistics.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
  • Participate in inventory counts and checks.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Tasks involve frequent lifting and movement of items.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field is desirable.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
