In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will play a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. A strong commitment to Safety is essential; you will be required to follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves significant physical exertion, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are keen to train individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a productive environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and utilize mandatory PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow all company guidelines and procedures for logistics operations.
