We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them carefully for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A meticulous approach to detail is essential to minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and regular lifting. We maintain a strong focus on safety and provide comprehensive training, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the entire shift.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 45 pounds.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and following directives.
