Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. A keen eye for detail is essential to prevent errors and maintain customer satisfaction. This position involves a moderate amount of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting. We foster a culture of safety and provide all necessary training, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. Your contribution to our logistics network is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack items safely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and stage outgoing shipments according to carrier requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through careful order processing.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and warehouse policies.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times when required.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
