RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads Marketing Product Operations for immunology process for biosimilar brands which includes resource development, contracting, conference planning, and print production operations.
- Dedicated to the execution of the tactical and operational aspects of Biocon's marketing strategy in Canada for immunology and oncology and open to other therapeutic areas.
- Seeks opportunities, builds, and drives cross functional working groups for enhanced process development, budget management, SOPs, promotional materials, and KOL engagement activities.
- Owns and manages the Canada marketing budget related to their product portfolio maximizing resources and provides recommendations for cost savings.
- Leads vendor management and print/fulfillment service for their products and the sales teams.
- Builds, provides and captures monthly metrics and KPI reporting for Senior Leadership.
- Performs special projects and other management-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- Must possess strong knowledge of marketing/sales, marketing services/operations, project management, event management, and policy development.
- Must be able to learn and understand disease and treatments in a variety of medical fields.
- Marketing operations, project management, and print/fulfillment experience required.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with various external partners and vendors.
- Experience with budgeting multiple department budgets simultaneously.
- Experience with negotiating vendor contracts.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities while interacting with key department stakeholders and external partners.
- Must adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Must maintain and deliver budget analysis for a variety of programs. Works on data with an eye for accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Must demonstrate the ability to learn new tasks and implement change when required.
- Must have strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and cross functional teams.
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the biosimilar industry an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.
