As a Senior QA Developer, you will lead a team that constructs cutting‑edge Information Management Solutions, supporting sustainable supply chains, refugee assistance, and medical data access.

What The Role Offers

As a Senior QA Developer, you will:

  • First three months:
    • Gain a basic understanding of the CRSB product suite.
    • Learn the team’s automation environment, tools, and processes.
    • Review test automation, scheduled runs, and participate in root‑cause analysis for failures.
    • Implement simple fixes for failed tests to increase coverage.
    • Design and review the work of peer engineers.
  • Three to nine months:
    • Design and develop multiple automated test suites.
    • Contribute to ongoing automation improvement efforts.
    • Help conceive a next‑generation automation solution.
  • Beyond nine months:
    • Improve overall test automation quality.
    • Contribute to a company‑wide, modular, robust, and efficient automation framework.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience administering Windows and Linux OS, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting using PowerShell and/or Python.
  • Strong test automation experience with solid object‑oriented programming (C#, Java, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with RESTful/API automation, virtualization platforms, and modern Windows environments.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL) and tools like Jenkins, Visual Studio, TestLink, Git, MS Office.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting (Python, Bash).
