Prairies: The Winnipeg office serves as a central hub for a diverse team working on projects across the public and private sectors in the prairies and across Canada.

• Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
• Lead project meetings and coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects
• Manage a group of architectural staff and consultants
• Client communication
• Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Manage the financial aspects of the project including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing while collaborating with accounting
• Support the team on pursuing work through assistance with RFP preparation including schedule and fee

• Registered architect in Winnipeg or eligible to be registered in the province
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT, AutoCAD, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam

Applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to Winnipeg, MB. We will provide a relocation allowance for the selected candidate, if required.
