We are seeking a dynamic Manager, PMO to lead cross‑functional coordination and ensure successful project execution from order intake to delivery in a fast‑growing, project‑based environment.

- Lead project execution and coordination across internal functions (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) and external customer interfaces to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all projects.
- Maintain strong customer relationships from order entry through delivery, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication, alignment and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end order management process, from contract review and order entry to product shipment.
- Monitor project progress by maintaining visibility of project status, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and development project planning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including scope, cost, and justification records.
- Develop and manage the overall production capacity plan to support business growth and ensure resource alignment with customer demand.
- Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to optimize production scheduling, inventory, and material flow.
- Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Establish and monitor key projects and operational KPIs to measure performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze project financials, budgets, and forecasts; provide timely reports and insights to the leadership team.
- Ensure alignment between project execution and business revenue targets.
- Support strategic planning through capacity, cost, and profitability analysis.
- Establish and continuously improve PMO policies, processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Act as the alternate company security contact to ensure compliance with all applicable government security and organizational protection requirements.
- Mentor and develop project coordinators or cross‑functional team members in project management best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Commerce, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects or programs in a manufacturing environment; experience in Aerospace, Space, or Defense sectors is an asset.
- Proven experience managing customer‑engineered product lifecycles, from order intake through delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- ERP and MES systems.
- Capacity and production planning for custom, low‑volume products.
- Revenue forecasting and business performance tracking.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a collaborative, hands‑on working style.
- Customer‑focused and results‑driven.
- Strategic thinker with strong influencing and operational execution skills.
