We are seeking a dynamic Manager, PMO to lead cross‑functional coordination and ensure successful project execution from order intake to delivery in a fast‑growing, project‑based environment.

LOCATION: 3280 South Service Road, Oakville, Ontario, CA L6L 0B1 – on‑site position.

Key Responsibilities Project Management
  • Lead project execution and coordination across internal functions (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) and external customer interfaces to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all projects.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships from order entry through delivery, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication, alignment and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end order management process, from contract review and order entry to product shipment.
  • Monitor project progress by maintaining visibility of project status, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and development project planning.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including scope, cost, and justification records.
Operational and Capacity Planning
  • Develop and manage the overall production capacity plan to support business growth and ensure resource alignment with customer demand.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to optimize production scheduling, inventory, and material flow.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Establish and monitor key projects and operational KPIs to measure performance and continuous improvement.
Business and Financial Management
  • Monitor and analyze project financials, budgets, and forecasts; provide timely reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Ensure alignment between project execution and business revenue targets.
  • Support strategic planning through capacity, cost, and profitability analysis.
Leadership and Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and continuously improve PMO policies, processes, tools, and reporting systems.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Act as the alternate company security contact to ensure compliance with all applicable government security and organizational protection requirements.
  • Mentor and develop project coordinators or cross‑functional team members in project management best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects or programs in a manufacturing environment; experience in Aerospace, Space, or Defense sectors is an asset.
  • Proven experience managing customer‑engineered product lifecycles, from order intake through delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • ERP and MES systems.
  • Capacity and production planning for custom, low‑volume products.
  • Revenue forecasting and business performance tracking.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a collaborative, hands‑on working style.
  • Customer‑focused and results‑driven.
  • Strategic thinker with strong influencing and operational execution skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a growing business.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
