We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our retail operations team and drive operational excellence. As a General Manager, you will champion our selling model, inspire a customer‑first mentality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving business and financial results, developing talent, and enhancing customer experiences.

• Drive operational and sales excellence by modeling and nurturing a sales culture that adds value for our customers, overseeing brand standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead by example, motivate and empower your team, and inspire exceptional customer service while executing day‑to‑day floor leadership duties.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision that promotes a customer‑first mentality across the team.
• Achieve business and financial targets by monitoring budgets, analyzing reports, and making informed decisions.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, partner with customers for B2B solutions, and drive sales conversion.
• Manage scheduling, coach and develop talent, recruit top talent, and nurture employee engagement, prioritizing development.
• Disseminate business communications, initiatives, and results, acting as a change leader and ensuring transparency.
• Ensure compliance for all aspects of Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, and company policies and procedures.

• 3–5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably as a General Manager.
• Proven experience achieving sales and service targets with a customer‑centered approach.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that inspire teams.
• Experience in coaching, developing talent, and managing teams.
