Job Description
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, de-conflict, and manage implementation activities for projects.
  • Assist in operations to service handoff documents to support teams (work more closely with QA and become a Technical Analyst).
  • Handle customer User Acceptance Testing, outage notification, and change control procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in process design conversations, adhering to best practices.
  • Analyze systems and compile system changes for performance tuning and adjustments based on software or customer needs.
  • Participate in evaluating project feasibility during the preparation phase, focusing on technical content and gaps.
  • Coordinate priority investment projects during implementation.
  • Improve software to meet customer business needs following best practices.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of team members during implementation, fostering effective cooperation with business and functional units.
  • Inspect changes prior to customer user acceptance testing.
  • Record and manage customer-specific implementation needs and requests.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of IT security best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, mathematics, or completion of a college program in computer science.
  • Strong written and presentation communication skills.
  • Accountability and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to review system issues and act accordingly.
  • Client-facing problem-solving skills with a strong technical background.
  • Experience managing configuration changes and software upgrades.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Linux, SQL, Jira, Git/BitBucket, AWS, OCI, and other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with deployment automation tools and technical documentation.
  • Experience supporting build systems like Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven.
  • Ability to monitor and troubleshoot critical customer infrastructure.
  • Experience handling customer requests and priorities.
