The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. What You Will Do In This Role

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and use B2B and B2C skills
• Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
• Be detail-oriented in selling products and services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products/services with each sale
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion will ensure success. Qualifications include:

• 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services)
• Understanding of sales processes, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals
• Open availability
• High school diploma or GED
• A quiet, distraction-free home work environment
• Proficiency in multi-tasking
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer skills and PC knowledge
• A desktop or laptop for testing; work computer may be provided but is not guaranteed
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
