Inside Sales Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $30.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Responsibilities: Assist customers with selecting concrete supplies, concrete equipment, and construction tools Answer inbound sales calls and emails and assist walk-in customers Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up on open sales opportunities Maintain working knowledge of concrete products, tools, air compressors, and power tools Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Maintain accurate customer and sales records Qualifications: Previous experience in inside sales, counter sales, or customer service Working knowledge of construction tools or industrial products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn technical product information quickly Basic computer skills including order entry and email Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
