Overview Rialtas , part of the global Harris Computer family, is seeking a proactive, results-driven
Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our Sales Department and spearhead growth across all revenue streams. In this leadership role, you will directly manage the New Business Lead, the Customer Success Manager (CSM), and the Existing Inbound Sales Lead. You will report to the EVP, own revenue targets, shape and execute our sales strategy, and drive performance through KPI management.
This is an opportunity to elevate our sales function and contribute to the continued success of a growing software organisation. Our offices are in
Uffcott, Wroughton near Swindon , with a hybrid on-site arrangement. Occasional travel to client sites and UK-wide conferences will be required.
What you will do Your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop the NN Lead and Customer Success Manager, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Understand upsell/cross-sell and new business sales cycles to align targets, customer experience, and delivery.
Support customer retention across more than 1,000 customers to ensure customer excellence.
Collaborate with the Professional Services (PS) Lead to schedule customers into programmes, market courses, and optimise capacity and forecasting accuracy.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Sales Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and B2B revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and service delivery with sales objectives.
Performance & KPI Management
Define and manage KPIs across sales, enabling data-driven decision making.
Analyze pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and marketing results to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and performance insights to the EVP.
Customer Experience & Collaboration
Work with the CSM and PS Lead to maintain strong customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention as measured by revenue and NPS.
Ensure customer feedback informs sales and marketing strategies.
Promote a unified approach across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey from initial contact to service delivery.
Reporting & Forecasting
Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.
Present findings and recommendations to the EVP and senior leadership.
Marketing Oversight
Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives and brand positioning.
Deliver impactful content, digital campaigns, events, and customer communications.
Monitor lead generation performance and maximise ROI on spend and activities.
Ensure marketing materials promote products, courses, and services.
What we are looking for We are seeking a motivated, commercially astute
Sales & Marketing Manager
who embodies our values and brings strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You will thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment and contribute to a passionate, close-knit team.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, or Sales & Marketing Manager.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and professional services teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5+ years of software sales and management experience.
