Overview Embeddable is a fast‑paced, ambitious company looking for senior frontend engineers to build a developer platform for seamless, lightning‑fast customer‑facing analytics. Since launching in December 2023 and receiving €6 m of seed funding in December 2024, we are expanding rapidly.
Who are you? You’re a hungry, humble, and smart Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React, TypeScript and CSS who thrives in building sleek components and writing clean, maintainable code. You’ll join a small but growing frontend engineering team and help shape our frontend architecture.
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to define and implement our frontend strategy.
Take shared ownership of our library architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Build and maintain high‑quality library components using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Contribute to a culture of excellence by reviewing code, mentoring peers, and sharing knowledge with the team.
Work with designers to create seamless and delightful user experiences.
Actively participate in team discussions, explaining your solutions clearly while remaining open to feedback and suggestions.
Hard skills
8+ years’ experience as a frontend engineer.
Deep knowledge of React core principles, hooks, performance optimisation, accessibility, testing and best practices.
Advanced TypeScript and JavaScript proficiency, including built‑in utility types, custom utility types, advanced type composition, and designing expressive public type APIs.
Strong CSS fundamentals, modern layout techniques, scalable styling strategies, design‑system driven styling, and state‑based and interactive styling.
Soft skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong ability to explain solutions clearly and respectfully.
Passion for work, high quality standards, reliability, and continuous learning.
Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
