The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud, with a bonus if they have experience in digital health technologies. As a crucial member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our products to deliver exceptional user experiences./ppThe role can be for a principal, lead, staff or senior title depending on experience and career preference of the candidate./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliCollaborate within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions./liliTake ownership of end-to-end feature development, from conception to deployment and maintenance./liliContribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve product functionality, performance, and usability./liliImplement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables./liliWork closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications./liliStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent./liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a startup environment./liliProficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform or similar technologies./liliA history of delivery on high impact organizational projects./liliExperience in digital health technologies is a strong plus./liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges./liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude./liliPassion for product development and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects./liliCommitment to following best practices and standards for software development./liliWants to be part of building an engineering team from the ground up./liliParticipation in on-call rotation./li/ulh3Benefits and perks:/h3ulliEquity in Novellia/liliMedical, dental, and vision coverage/lili401k/liliFlexible Time off/liliWellness stipend/liliUp to 12 weeks of parental leave/li/ulpstrongDont meet every single requirement?/strong Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
