This opportunity allows you to work across a diverse landscape of applications and programmes.
Responsibilities
Work with business and IT stakeholders and use a variety of techniques to define, capture and prioritise the backlog of requirements, creating user stories that include functional, non‑functional and IT operational requirements.
Plan the business analysis work for projects by defining timescales, milestones and dependencies to ensure the work proceeds in an Agile or Waterfall manner.
Collaborate within a delivery team on large or complex work, ensuring that vision, scope and requirements are aligned throughout the project.
Support test teams and project managers in evaluating defects and prioritising them.
Assist with UAT testing of products to verify that initial user stories are delivered by the solution.
Represent the business/leadership team and their requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote processes that ensure adherence while maintaining pace.
What you’ll need to have
Experience as a Business Analyst with confidence and passion to take accountability for projects of varying scale and inspire the implementation of outstanding solutions.
Ability to manage influence, negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the business.
Commitment to a collaborative understanding to deliver the best product for our customers.
Capability to manage multiple project deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
Strong communication skills that enable you to explain your understanding to others when it is greater than theirs.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments with a well‑rounded appreciation of IT delivery.
It would be great if you also have
Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Agile Business Analyst.
Experience in a project delivery environment.
Recognised qualification in business analysis.
Experience in Healthcare/HealthTech.
