Property Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee two Mobile Home Communities within our portfolio. This full-time leadership role requires a proactive approach to property operations and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of property management systems, and excellent customer service abilities. This position offers the opportunity to manage diverse properties, ensure operational excellence, and foster positive community environments.

The qualified candidate will have experience in the following:

• Property Management in a Mobile Home Park
• Managing multiple properties
• Home Sales experience
• Time Management and problem-solving skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Property Management Software, Email, etc.
• Experience in collections, evictions, and enforcement of Community Rules and Regulations
• Physically inspects properties to identify & report service needs and enforce cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinating with vendors and overseeing projects

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years Property Manager experience in a Mobile Home Park
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
• Driver's License required

The Property Manager will be a team player and work closely with the Director of Operations in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Job Type: Full-time – 40 hours per week

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
