Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a commitment to quality work and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
• Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
