Dr. Louis Napolitano, DMD is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice part-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice 

  • In business since 1995
  • 1 FT and 1 PT Dr. 
  • 1 FT and 2 PT Hygienists
  • 50% PPO and 50% FFS
  • Digital x-rays, iTero, Cone Beam
  • Active patients: 2,300 
  • Schedule: Tuesday & Friday

    • Compensation 

  • Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
  • Generous CE allowance
  • Malpractice insurance  

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New Jersey, in good standing
  • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients 
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general & cosmetic dentistry including, but not limited to,  fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
  • GPR or AEGD preferred 
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
  • Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care
