Responsibilities of a RBT

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy following individualized programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Maintain accurate data collection to track client progress (training provided).
• Participate in supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and team members to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Contribute to a supportive, connected team dedicated to each child's growth.

What We're Looking For

• RBT Certification or 40 hour certificate (Required)
• Experience: Prior experience as a Behavior Therapist or experience working with children (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal
• Ability to pass a background check
• A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach
