We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, manage staff schedules, resolve issues promptly, and uphold the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of front desk staff, including receptionists and guest service agents.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain excellent service standards.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing processes.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front desk operations and maintain organized records and reports.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Assist in staff scheduling and attendance tracking.
Participate in team meetings and support management with operational improvements.
Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
