Site Supervisor – Security & Safety
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (Mondays & Tuesdays Off)
Reports to: Director of Security

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security and safety operations. This role is responsible for leading the on-site security team, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring a safe, secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. The Site Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Security and is expected to lead by example with strong judgment, communication, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and support security staff to ensure effective coverage of the site.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems to identify potential threats, irregularities, or safety concerns.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies using sound conflict management skills.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements.
• Complete accurate, detailed incident reports and maintain documentation for all security-related activities.
• Provide basic First Aid or CPR when necessary and support an immediate response to medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies when required during incidents or investigations.
• Oversee access control procedures and review surveillance footage for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Train and mentor new security personnel on site-specific protocols, safety procedures, and performance expectations.

Required Schedule

• This position has a fixed schedule.
• Required working days: Wednesday through Sunday
• Days off: Monday and Tuesday
• Candidates must be available to work this schedule consistently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Current certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or other safety training are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with surveillance operations, CCTV monitoring, and basic loss prevention practices.
• Proven conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising security personnel or similar teams.
• Working knowledge of legal regulations related to security operations and site safety standards.
