What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at OrthoAtlanta, you'll:
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls (80+ daily) on a multi-line switchboard
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups accurately and efficiently
- Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information in Epic
- Create and manage patient cases and referral entries
- Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements
- Work referral work queues and index documentation in OnBase and Epic
- Provide clear directions, declare calls, and guide patients as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office or call center (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Epic (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Discretion, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
