We're seeking an experienced
Senior System Analyst
to provide hands-on technical leadership and advanced troubleshooting across our core applications and IT infrastructure. This role supports end-users, guides junior team members, and ensures smooth, secure, and reliable day-to-day IT operations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the
  escalation point
  for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Work closely with
  third‑party vendors
  to resolve advanced technical problems.
• Support and maintain
  Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams
  environments.
• Research, recommend, and implement
  technical improvements
  to enhance IT service delivery.
• Create and maintain
  technical documentation
  , processes, and troubleshooting guides.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years
  of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of
  O365, AD, Exchange, Windows OS, Teams, VPN, RDP
  .
• Skilled with
  Windows Server
  ,
  Group Policy
  , scripting, and
  PowerShell
  automation.
• Understanding of
  TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  .
• Experience with:
• AD DS
  upgrades/migrations (3+ years)
• O365 mailbox migrations
  (2+ years)
• Azure AD / ADFS / SAML
  authentication (1+ year)
• Bonus skills:
  AWS
  ,
  SharePoint support
  ,
  EM+S
  , ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications.
