Job Overview
Arby's Franchisee, Linell Corporation, is hiring a Shift Manager to help oversee restaurant operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a strong, customer-focused team.
• Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using our POS systems; perform cash handling duties with integrity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
• Lead shift management activities, including supervising staff performance, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining operational flow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a restaurant not required, but helpful.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Availability to work different shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
