About the Role KIDDOS ABA OR LLC is expanding in Indiana and we are looking for a BCBA who wants total flexibility, strong compensation, and immediate case availability.
You choose your caseload — from a few hours weekly to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Provide supervision to RBTs
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Document according to Medicaid and commercial insurance standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible to practice in Oregon
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Reliable, organized, and collaborative
