Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
• Support catering services by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring presentation meets quality standards

Skills

• Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices to maintain a safe kitchen environment
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving others
• Experience in catering services is a plus
