Security Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the facility
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond promptly to security incidents, including disturbances, emergencies, and alarms
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizing entry for visitors and employees
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with any security-related concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents as required
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to company property

Skills:
- Relevant training in security procedures
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Qualifications:

• Refer to NH State Law

• Possess a NH Security Guard License (Armed Status Preferred)

• CPR / First Aid certification

*** Must live in NH and have reliable transportation. Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ***
