: $170,000 - $200,000 (flexible for the right profile) + stock options

Are you passionate about building scalable, secure, and modern infrastructure? We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team and lead the design and implementation of hybrid systems that power both cloud and on-prem environments.

In this role, you'll work hands-on with IoT devices at scale, develop automation and monitoring tools, and drive modernization projects from concept to production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and champion best practices in infrastructure engineering.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain hybrid infrastructure (Cloud + On-Prem) for reliability, security, and scalability
• Build tools for deployment, monitoring, and management of IoT devices and backend systems
• Lead architecture and modernization initiatives from design through production
• Enhance observability and monitoring using custom and off-the-shelf solutions
• Implement secure connectivity for resilient device-to-cloud communication
• Mentor team members and integrate infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, or DevOps
• Strong experience managing servers and IoT devices at scale
• Proficiency in
  Python
  and
  AWS
  services
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (
  Terraform, Ansible, CDK
  )
• Solid Linux systems and networking knowledge (
  Docker, firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers
  )
• Background in monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
