Job Title: Warehouse Employee

Reports To: Operations Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm; Overtime Possible

Compensation: $20.48/hr

Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Employee at Crimson Cup CoffeeTea, you will support both the Packaging and Shipping/Receiving functions within our coffee roasting facility. This role includes packaging roasted coffee, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing quality audits, and upholding cleanliness standards in a food-grade environment.

Packaging

  • Package roasted coffee and related products in conformance with Company and regulatory standards.
  • Execute workorders as assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
  • Enter packaging data into the NetSuite system as required by product classification.
  • Perform routine quality audits to ensure packaging accuracy, seal integrity, and product presentation.
  • Adhere to all food safety and regulatory protocols.
  • Meet packaging key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.

ShippingReceiving

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits of outbound shipments to verify order accuracy, packaging condition, and labeling.
  • Meet shipping/receiving KPIs.

InventorySystems

  • Follow inventory processes including FIFO (First In, First Out).
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy as assigned.
  • Record inventory movements in warehouse systems when applicable.
  • Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.

SanitationFacility Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, shared spaces, and warehouse areas.
  • Follow all sanitation and GMP protocols to ensure a food-grade environment.
  • Support pest control and contamination prevention efforts.
  • Perform cleanliness audits to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
  • Maintain supplies and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or working toward completion.
  • Strong work ethic and urgency for same-day/next-day fulfillment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and process pick lists, roast reports, and customer orders.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
  • Good hand dexterity and ability to reach above/below shoulder height.
  • Experience in food processing or warehouse environments preferred.
  • Forklift experience a plus (if within classification).
  • Customer-focused mindset and pride in product quality.
