Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
• Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food production and waste reduction initiatives.
• Train new staff members on food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer engagement techniques.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support restaurant management with shift planning, budgeting, and operational problem-solving to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management, and food production processes.
• Experience with inventory control, food handling procedures, and managing food quality in casual dining or banquet settings.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff members effectively.
