Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team This IS A CONTRACT POSITION. The Licensed Behavior Specialist will provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in home, school, and community settings. The specialist will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, ideal for professionals seeking meaningful work with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address behavioral and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide direct support and coaching to clients.
• Monitor progress, document sessions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health needs.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position (flexible hours, typically 10–20 hours per week). Flat hourly Rate - $57.00
• Cases that include a PBSP will be capped at 8 hours as follows:
  Observation: 3 hours
  Report writing: 3 hours
  PBSP: 2 hours
• Cases without a PBSP will be capped at 6 hours as follows:
  Observation: 3 hours
  Report writing: 3 hours
  Personal Care Aide (PCA) Supervision: 3 hours per week
