We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team and support our mission of improving lives through regenerative medicine.

Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality patient care across various locations. This role offers the flexibility of travel while working with cutting-edge regenerative health therapies, including stem cell treatments. The ideal candidate will have experience in regenerative medicine, strong clinical skills, and a passion for patient-centered care.

We will provide resources for training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and health screenings.
• Administer stem cell therapies and other regenerative treatments under appropriate supervision and protocol.
• Educate patients about treatment options, benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Travel to different clinic locations as needed to deliver care and support the implementation of regenerative health treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Stay current on the latest advancements in regenerative health and therapies

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the United States (ability to practice in multiple states preferred).
• 2+ years of clinical experience in regenerative health, regenerative therapy, or functional health, clinical joint injections
• Experience in primary care, orthopedics, pain management, or sports medicine is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong patient relationships.
• Willingness to travel to various clinic locations and provide care on a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• BLS/ACLS certification required (or willing to obtain).

• If advanced regenerative therapy injection training is required, NeoForm Wellness will reimburse the full cost of training once 15 NeoForm Wellness patients have been successfully injected.

Pay: $2, $8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• clinical experience in regenerative health: 2 years (Preferred)
