Job Overview
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring clear communication between field technicians, clients, and management, and helping maintain the efficiency and organization that our projects demand. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and committed to contributing to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Process all accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Perform bookkeeping, and process payroll
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all office records
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR policies
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures; uphold professional phone etiquette and communication standards
- Supervise office staff and coordinate trainings
- Manage scheduling and calendar organization
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
