Job Summary

ATI Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute engineering projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of building trusted client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and business projects from initiation through execution
• Develop scopes of work, project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Ensure project success criteria are met and client expectations are achieved
• Track and control project costs, identify scope changes, and communicate updates
• Coordinate project deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality
• Secure required project resources (reports, drawings, site visits, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with client policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Address client issues and provide proactive solutions
• Obtain purchase orders prior to starting work and manage invoicing timelines
• Identify additional opportunities for future work with existing clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Project Management experience within engineering or industrial environments
• Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering processes
• Experience serving as a Customer
