House Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Cleaning Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining efficient workflow to meet client expectations. The House Cleaning Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily cleaning activities across multiple properties.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and adherence to safety protocols
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations
• Schedule daily assignments and monitor team performance to optimize productivity
• Ensure all cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stocked
• Oversee residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, laundry, and sanitation procedures
• Manage special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, floor care, or hotel housekeeping management as needed
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, employee attendance, and inventory

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping management
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Leadership qualities with experience supervising or managing a team of cleaning staff
• Experience in Move in/out Cleans
• Maintenance cleans
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management
• Prior experience in custodial work or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are advantageous

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
