About The Role
We're hiring a Manager to lead the team responsible for driving Chime's highest-priority initiatives within the Business Operations Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). As the leader of a small but mighty team of Program Managers, you'll help turn strategy into momentum—accelerating execution, aligning cross-functional partners, and ensuring milestones and outcomes land with clarity and impact. Alongside people leadership, you will also take on strategic, high-visibility projects directly, flexing between architect, operator, and strategic partner depending on what the moment requires. You'll coach, develop, and empower a high-performing team while influencing and collaborating across the business.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $146,610.00 and up to $207, Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

  • Lead a lean, high-performing team of Program Managers—including delegation of work, development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, productive, and energizing team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership (including C-Suite), providing clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.
  • Drive change management across the organization by enabling leaders to cascade information, ensuring loops are closed, and translating leadership decisions into execution.
  • Build structure, clarity, and processes that enable fast, coordinated, and efficient execution across teams.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and other partner teams.
  • Lead and support high-visibility, strategic, and ad-hoc initiatives as the business evolves.

To Thrive In This Role, You Have

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a related field, including people management.
  • Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Comfort working with and presenting to senior leadership, including C-Suite executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, and a bias for action.
  • Independently manage work, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
  • A collaborative mindset with a track record of supporting peers and coaching others.
  • Experience developing executive-ready materials and partnering closely with senior leaders.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to understand strategic business drivers.
  • Fintech experience helpful but not required.
  • Must have experience in program and/or project management.
