We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electricians currently enrolled in an Electrician Program to join our team. We are looking for 2nd and 3rd year apprentices. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians, assisting in various electrical tasks on construction sites and commercial projects. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Duties

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Work with low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Support industrial electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.

Experience

• Prior experience or coursework related to electrical systems is required.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and commercial electrician practices is a plus.
• Basic understanding of power tools and their safe operation on construction sites.
• Knowledge of reading schematics and blueprints will be beneficial.
• A strong willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field is essential.
