À propos
Arbiter is on a bold mission to end healthcare fragmentation by unifying patients, providers, and payers on a single intelligent care orchestration platform. Our shared data spine integrates clinical, financial, and policy information to ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time. By connecting the people and systems behind every care decision, Arbiter is transforming how healthcare is delivered.
Today's fragmented healthcare system delays access to the care patients need and burdens providers with inefficiencies. Arbiter uses AI to close gaps in care, optimize referrals, accelerate authorizations, and improve site-of-care navigation. Backed by leaders from top healthcare and technology organizations, we partner with hospitals, health systems, payers, and enterprise clients to build the connected infrastructure healthcare has been missing.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex, multi-step deployments of Arbiter's platform across large healthcare organizations. You'll translate product and engineering concepts into clear implementation plans, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and ensure each launch drives measurable clinical and operational value. You'll move fluidly between technical detail and executive-level communication, guiding customers through change while partnering closely with Product and Engineering to ensure successful delivery.
Lead Complex Implementations: Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for multi-phase implementations across payer, provider, and enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, requirements, and outcomes are met.
Bridge Product, Engineering, and Client Needs: Translate customer workflows, data requirements, and integration needs into actionable plans. Partner with engineering teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and anticipate risks.
Manage Multi-Stakeholder Healthcare Deployments Coordinate across clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders on both sides of the partnership, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution.
Drive Customer Readiness and Adoption Prepare clients for launch through workflow mapping, training, change management, and ongoing support. Monitor success metrics and surface insights to improve future implementations.
Support Continuous Improvement Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on implementation learnings. Identify process gaps and help refine Arbiter's playbooks, templates, and delivery approach.
