Your Impact

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst on our Data & Analytics Solutions Team, you'll lead the development and lifecycle of Analytics Data Products that power strategic decisions and deliver measurable business value. Your work will ensure these products perform at their best and align with our organizational goals.

We're shifting toward a Data Product-focused approach, and you'll play a key role in shaping this transformation—defining strategy, managing backlogs, and influencing how we deliver analytics solutions. This is your opportunity to make a real impact on how data drives success across the company.


What You'll Do
  • Shape Strategy & Delivery: Help reimagine how we deliver data solutions by defining product strategy and execution.
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Identify business needs, design Data Products, and oversee implementation while tracking KPIs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into actionable solutions.
  • Prioritize & Optimize: Manage product backlogs, refine features, and identify opportunities for improvement using data insights.
  • Ensure Quality & Reliability: Partner with operational teams to maintain the integrity and performance of our data products.

  • What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: Bachelor's in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications in data analytics are a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical data analyst or similar role, with experience defining data products or analytics solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data management, analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI). Familiarity with SQL is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Communication: Skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges.

    Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

    Salary Range: $67,200 - $110,400; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
