Maintenance Manager

Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: On-site | Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and support maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, troubleshoot equipment, and drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across all maintenance functions.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, providing hands-on support when needed
• Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and meet production goals
• Manage CMMS usage, maintenance scheduling, work orders, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on technical background in industrial maintenance (mechanical and electrical preferred)
• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, or high-volume production environments
• Electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance certifications
• Lean manufacturing or reliability-centered maintenance experience
