Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. A strong focus on customer service and hospitality is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Duties

Part time/On Call Position available for evenings, Friday & Saturday.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing guest relations.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
• Promote daily specials or menu items to enhance sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in the hospitality industry.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
