Large enterprise organization with a newly established PMO and an expanding internal IT team. We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Engineer specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) to provide deep technical development and production support across multiple financial and supply-chain modules.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components in a complex Oracle ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support: investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Oracle ERP tickets in collaboration with end users
• Design, develop, and support custom solutions across core EBS modules:
• GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, PO, OM, INV, WMS, and Trade Management
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and database objects
• Customize and develop Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher reports
• Build and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and operations
• Perform OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations and extensions for web-based UIs
• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and (preferred) SOA/B2B
• Support cloud migration and deployment efforts on AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Participate in full SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Required Technical Skills & Expertise (Mandatory)

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) technical experience focused on RICE development and production support
• Expert-level PL/SQL development (packages, procedures, functions, triggers)
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) – page customizations, extensions, and personalization
• Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations
• Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Strong SQL tuning and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of EBS modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, OM, INV, WMS (technical development perspective)
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Workflow, and AME is a plus

Highly Desired Skills

• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Oracle SOA Suite and/or B2B integrations
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware or Fusion Cloud ERP is a bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution
• Relevant Oracle Certifications strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and development tools (TOAD, SQL Developer, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong customer-service orientation with experience supporting business users directly

Work Schedule & Location Requirements

• Must live in Sothern California and within reasonable commuting distance Greater Los Angeles.
• First 30 days: 100% onsite for onboarding
• Ongoing schedule: Hybrid
• In-office: 3 days
• Remote: 2 days
• Core hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible as business needs require)
