Apprentice Electricians and Electrical Trainees

Essential Lighting Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Fixture Installers to join our team. You must have a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment. You will work closely with experienced installers to learn the fundamentals of LED lighting fixture installation, including electrical wiring, fixture assembly, and safety protocols. You will utilize different size ladders and aerial lift equipment to retrofit or install fixtures. You must have a familiarity with hand tools and power tools and must have or be able to purchase the required basic set to get you started. Previous experience in construction, electrical work or a related field is a plus. Applicants must be able to pass background checks and drug screening. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the lighting industry while contributing to exciting projects.

Starting Pay

$17.00 to $22.00 and will depend on experience.
