Job Description
We are seeking a part-time BCBA to provide remote and in-home ABA services during after-school/evening hours. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and working with a mission-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Collaborate with families and adjust goals based on client progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical compliance
- Deliver compassionate, effective behavior analytic services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- Current BCBA certification and NYS LBA license
- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable availability after 3:00 PM
- Medicaid ID
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
