divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pPhoenix, AZ, US, 85019/ppSuperlite/ppJob Summary/ppWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Special Orders team. This role is critical in supporting our sales operations by managing quotes, job orders, and customer communications, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple systems and departments./ppJob Location/ppThis position is on-site and located at our manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ./ppJob Responsibilities/ppCreate and revise customer quotes with accuracy and timeliness./ppManage a high volume of quote revisions and new inquiries./ppProcess new and revised job orders, coordinating updates as needed./ppReview and manage Salesforce opportunities and projects./ppCreate new entries and close inactive opportunities monthly./ppPrepare and manage all submittals, including intercompany submissions./ppHandle increasing intercompany quote and order requests./ppSubmit and track new item code requests/ Maintain item codes across warehouse locations./ppUpdate and manage Special Orders price lists./ppPrepare and send due date and lead time letters./ppSupport Customer Service and Order Center teams with pricing and miscellaneous requests./ppMaintain due date calendars and attach job history reports./ppProvide monthly reporting metrics to Sales./ppCoordinate with third-party carriers to obtain current trucking rates./ppJob Requirements/pp2+ years of experience in inside sales, order management, or a related field./ppProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms./ppStrong organizational and multitasking skills./ppExcellent written and verbal communication./ppHigh attention to detail and accuracy./ppAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departments./ppWhat CRH Offers You/ppHighly competitive base pay/ppComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs/ppGroup retirement savings program/ppHealth and wellness programs/ppAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion/ppAbout CRH/ppCRH has a long and proud heritage.
