Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products. Maintain store appearance and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed. Stay informed about the latest product information and features. Accurately describe product benefits and features to customers. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Reliable transportation required for on-site work. Qualifications: High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit. Team player with a positive attitude and high level of integrity. Ability to multitask effectively.
